Product Description:
Drive wheels are widely used in automobiles, textiles, printing and
packaging equipment, sewing equipment, office equipment, laser
engraving equipment, tobacco, financial equipment, stage lighting,
communication food machinery, machinery, steel machinery,
petrochemical, instrumentation, various machine tools and other
fields.
Transmission wheels are generally made of steel, aluminum alloy,
cast iron, brass, and other materials. The inner hole has round
hole, D-shaped hole, tapered hole and other forms. Surface
treatment includes natural color oxidation, blackening,
galvanizing, color galvanizing, high-frequency quenching and other
treatments. Accuracy grade depends on customer requirements. The
transmission wheel is composed of a closed ring-shaped tape with
equidistant teeth on the inner peripheral surface and a
corresponding pulley. When moving, the teeth of the belt mesh with
the tooth grooves of the pulley to transmit motion and power.
It is a kind of meshing transmission, so it has various
characteristics of gear transmission, chain transmission and flat
belt transmission. The transmission wheel has the following

1. The speed ratio range is relatively large, usually up to 10, and
the linear speed can reach 50m/s. It has a large power transmission
range, usually up to several watts to hundreds of kilowatts.
2. It can be used in long-distance transmission, and the center
distance can reach more than 10 meters.
3. No pollution, able to work normally in harsh working
environment.
4. It is very convenient to maintain, does not need lubrication,
and the maintenance cost is relatively low.
5. The transmission is relatively accurate, there is no sliding
phenomenon when working, and it has a stable transmission ratio.
6. It is stable in transmission, has the ability of buffering and
vibration reduction, and the noise is still very low.
7. The transmission efficiency is high, which can reach 0.98, and
the energy saving effect is very obvious.

IGS or STP format together with material, production technique,
purchasing qty, etc, or provide sample to us.

A: 15-20 days for Sample making ,20 working days for mass
production.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for casting parts?
A: It depends on different parts. For some parts, 1 pc can be
acceptable.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A: Mold: 50% payment in advance, balance after the sample approval.
B: Mass production: 30% payment in advance, 70% balance before
shipment.
Q5. What is your quality control process?
A: Each casting parts will be provided with raw material report (
chemical composition and physical property), and dimension
measuring report before shipment.
Q6. How about the packaging?
A: Standard wooden box package or as your customized package.
